Your mission as the Global Sales manager is to bring the existing sales to another level. We spent 3 years chasing low hanging fruits, analyzing hundreds of side-streams and creating tens of ingredients. Now, it’s confirmed that this product category is ready to grow, and grow big. We feel that we are at the beginning of something huge.
This is a unique opportunity to join the category and push the sales with no limits.
Day to day will be more or less as follow :
Use your B2B sales knowledge and understand well the value chain to sell the right ingredients at the right place, to the right clients;
Map and prospect new clients, new countries and new regions;
Leverage internal knowledge and support to bring top notch service to your clients;
Achieve ambitious sales targets (with unlimited incentive);
Monitor and improve profitability of your portfolio.
We expect you to build a strong & rigorous sales pipeline but also to well monitor key accounts to build opportunities of upsell and cross sell. The world is your limit and we only started to explore it.
The team around you
You will be part of the Sales Team and will directly report to the sales Director and CEO, who will provide you with all the knowledge and direction you need to be fully effective in a short period of time. Leveraging your teammates in sourcing, quality, product development, logistics or finance will also be key to succeed in this role.
